The Node Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn or unused (apparel), or unread and unmarked (books)
  • Still have original tags (apparel) or seals (where applicable)
  • Be in its original packaging

You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at david@thenode.pro with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to fix it.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email david@thenode.pro within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval before shipping anything back.
  3. Use the return shipping label and instructions we send you.
  4. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

We do not accept returns that are sent without prior approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about a specific product, contact us before ordering.


Exchanges

We handle exchanges by returns and repurchases:

  1. Return your item following the steps above.
  2. Once we receive and approve it, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no explanation required. The same condition and packaging rules above apply.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Card/bank: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund.
  • Crypto payments (Lightning, BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL): Refunds will be processed in the same currency and sent to the address or method you used for payment. We’ll contact you for details if needed.

If you don’t see your refund within 15 business days of our approval email, contact us at david@thenode.pro.
