Prices on this store may differ from those in other TheNode.pro channels or third‑party platforms. Any separate promotional terms for specific offers will govern over these Terms where they conflict.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all orders, and to update that information when it changes.

Payment methods. We accept credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (including Lightning, Bitcoin, ETH, USDC, and SOL). For crypto payments:

You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address within any time limit shown at checkout.
Transactions may be irreversible; we cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you select and that all charges will be honored.

You agree to pay the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver products to the carrier.

New features and tools we add to the Services are also subject to these Terms of Service.

TheNode.pro is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases in our store are made directly with TheNode.pro. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales, including any injury, damage, or loss from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with TheNode.pro.
